02Data we collect
When you use our contact form, we process the data you enter yourself, such as your name, email address, company name and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your request and get in touch with you.
We also process technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this data for the security and operation of our website.
03Cookies and analytics
Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work properly. No consent is required for these cookies.
If we use website statistics, we choose cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics: no cookies, no tracking across websites, only anonymised, aggregated statistics such as page views and country of origin, none of which can be traced back to you as a person. That is why no cookie banner or consent is required for this.
04Legal basis and retention period
We process your data based on your consent, to perform an agreement, or based on our legitimate interest in operating our services and website.
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. We retain contact requests for a maximum of 12 months and then delete them, unless a client relationship arises or a legal retention obligation applies.
